　　When applying for and using this system, you should obey the following provision:
　　 1.Provide with real personal information;
　　 2.If any change of personnel information, you should modify in time;
　　 3.Allow us to send information to your E-mail indefinitely;
　　 4.The customer should be reliable to the safety of the customer name and pass code one applied for;
　　 5.The customer should take complete responsibility to the event & action under the customer name;
　　 6.The customer takes the responsibility of transmitted content;
　　Each provision of the contract with customer above should conform to the relative state law, if any violent to legal provision on content, the legal provision should be prior.

   You must accept the following contract with personal customer and finish the procedure of register before becoming the formal customer of the website.
